IBM’s largest employee recognition event, Best of IBM celebrates the achievements of thousands of IBM employees at different exotic destinations each year.
Each year, we collaborate with a renowned artist. The local art, culture, colors and environments of each destination serve as inspiration for their artwork and the event look and feel. The artwork is then leveraged across all collateral, environmental and merchandise design for the flagship Best of IBM event.
Taking place in the Bahamas, Best of IBM 2018 seeks to embody the beach destination’s vibrant yet light and breezy aesthetic.
We commissioned a popular watercolor artist, Nomoco, to create a series of illustrations. The watercolor compositions interpret IBM’s corporate color palette and grid system in an approachable, human and playful manner, adding a sense of cheeriness and celebration to the atmostphere.
